Quadzilla adrenaline for mpg's is it worth it?
If you go on @dieselautopower website they have a new receiver out that works with both Apple and Android. It comes with the new Quadzillas. Hopefully this new box has fixed this issue.

Quadzilla adrenaline for mpg's is it worth it?
My WiFi connection Via Apple will occasionally loose connection but it always hooks right backup. I rarely connect to it anymore unless I make a tune change. Especially on my tow tune.

Thanks! Do you need to heat anything or just go at it?

Glue remover
I’m taking of the black tape between the front door and quad cab windows. What is a good glue remover that won’t hurt paint? I’ve tried acetone. That stuff won’t come off! Thanks!

I will probably drop my tire size back down to a 265 when these are done. Probably next fall.

Crank Position Sensor Acting Weird Now...
I would try a Cummins crank sensor. I tried an aftermarket map sensor ONCE. Kept having issues. Dropped in a Cummins map and no more problems.

If you don’t use the truck on a regular basis and it’s not your DD I could see it not being at the top of your list of things to get. But if you use it regularly especially for hauling and your planing on upgrading things eventually like injectors and a turbo. I would definitely put it at the top of my list. The truck in general will run so much better. If it does only save you say 2 miles per gallon a 35 gallon tank that’s 70 more miles. Depending on fuel prices where you live that will add up. Fuel where I live is getting close to $4 a gallon. Will probably hit $5+ by summer thanks to the Senile and Chief. It will pay itself off. Commanding fuel and how much at the proper time makes a big difference.

IT NEW HEAD TIME!
I would include a Quadzilla. It will outperform the powerpuck by leaps and bounds. By making a good tune you will get better fuel mileage. No smoke. And all around better driveability loaded or unloaded. I used to have a power puck. You will get a fair amount of smoke from it with the RV275 injectors until you build enough boost. Less fuel economy. Diesel is only going to go up in price thanks to our fearless leaders.

need help deciding on a turbo
Ok that makes sense. The wastegate opening helps pull more exhaust out through the turbine side.

need help deciding on a turbo
This is probably a dumb question but how does an open wastegate add flow if its blowing the air out the exhaust pipe?

Turbo Clocking Angles
So in laymans terms it’s not possible for them to coexist smoothly below 1500?
-
Turbo Clocking Angles
Is it possible for the Quadzilla to cancel the light load advanced at say 1,500 rpm and below? Meaning can it be done with the ECM and Quad not fighting each other? Updated software?

Quad Warning Light Question
So you blew past 25psi? Well that’s a good thing! Lol Wait till you get those new injectors in!
-
Quad Warning Light Question
Which of your sensor warnings do you have on? If you romped it hard and let of with your wastegate wired shut your boost pressure may have shot up when you let off?
-
Turbo Clocking Angles
That would be another nice feature.

Turbo Clocking Angles
Anything below 55mph especially in town driving. I keep OD off. EGT’s and engine load is much lower. 45mph EGT’s float around 400-500 degrees. Plus the exhaust break is more efficient. The truck will also buck in overdrive at those slower speeds.

Low psi timing reduction.
