47re trans cooler line at the heat exchanger leaking
If that fitting is bound that tight I don't think an easy out will work. With the walls so thin It probably will just jam the threads of the fitting tighter into the case. I would take a hacksaw blade, trim it thinner to fit in the hole with the teeth angled to cut on the pull stroke. With the hacksaw blade cut grooves in the fitting at the 6 and 4 o'clock. Cut only the fitting, do not cut the threads in the case. When the two grooves are cut take a pic or an awl and work that small slice of the fitting up and out. You might want to cut one more groove at 8 o'clock to make the next steep easier. Once that peace is out you can then collapse the rest of the fitting and spin it out. Take your time and be patient. I've used this method several times over the years and it's worked every time.

P0237 Code
The fastest, easiest thing you can do is change out the map sensor. If you don't have time for that then just buy one and put it under the back seat with a wrench to change it if you run into trouble on the road other wise go through the diagnostics below.

New Tire Size found 235's to 245's
These are one new and four used Michelin tires that I got of a wrecked 3/4 ton Ford Econoline van for $180 mounted.

Ground wire location
That ground wire is attached to the inner left fender with the bolt that secures the PDC. This is the same grounding point I used for my fuel pump relay.

Airdog elec connection under hood
You don't have to run the power from the battery you can tap into the PDC as shown in the article below, You can also use an existing bolt or screw hole for both mounting the relay and a ground point.

Moog part numbers
Looks like you have the T-style steering which is the heavy duty type. You can go to the parts lookup article below and on pages 380-381 find the OEM part numbers with description. After the part number and quantity, the numbers in the line column will be 7,8 and in the description column will be [Z7B,Z8B] for heavy duty. With those OEM part numbers you then can cross reference to the Moog part number. Open the link below and type the OEM part number into the "Search by Part Number" box, click on the search tab and the Moog part number will be displayed below. https://www.moogparts.com/find-my-part/find-my-part-results.html?parttype=&apptype=AUTOMOTIVE&options=2000~Dodge~Ram 2500&values=2000~Dodge~Ram 2500

Moog part numbers
Can you post a picture of your steering parts so someone can tell you if it's T-style or not. Rock auto has a selection of Moog parts with the OEM part numbers in the cross-reference section. https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/dodge,1999,ram+2500+pickup,5.9l+l6+diesel+turbocharged,1377569,steering,tie+rod+assembly+(inner+&+outer),7425 https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/dodge,1999,ram+2500+pickup,5.9l+l6+diesel+turbocharged,1377569,steering,center+link,7276 Here is an article that might help you.

Lost power
I hope all is well after the hospital stay. It's good to hear you have the truck running tip top again with out a lot of cost. One thing though is that the fuel pressure is way to high. You want to get that pressure down to about 20psi at idle and no lower than 14 at WTO.

Hard to find parts resources
Washer nozzles go bad, plug up, when hard water deposits form in them or an alga blockage . If you can take them off, with out braking them, soak them in CLR then rinse and blow air backward through them. Some times you can run a very fine strand of wire through the openings.

Power Steering Pump
Yes they are easy to reseal. On other module vehicles that use the Saginaw power steering pump I've seen leaks due to stress cracks at the bolt holes in the fluid reservoir. With the miles on that pump it might be better to get a rebuilt unit. Get one with a lifetime warranty.

What are the best headlight packages?
It was a typo. My head lights are not sport so I have only the one blub, 9104. I think you could use them, also, in the low beam position if the terminals in the blub connector are moved. If they're 9104 they should be the same, 80/100 watt. I found these on eBay https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=9104+flosser+bulb&_sacat=6000 None, other than a twitch in my left leg.

APPS issues
You didn't have this problem and no codes before the VP44 was replaced? Is this right? If so then you have a wire problem probable in the harness near the VP. Open the harness near the V Pand check for a bad power/ground splice or pinched wires

Light under hood
I use an LED head lamp like the one below. What ever you're looking at be it under the hood, truck, dash or the brakes and tires it will be illuminated. It works great day or night and both of your hands are free. No extra wiring needed and it fits in the glove box, door pocket or under the back seat. You can also use it if you need to work on a trailer you towing. Good ones sell for $20-$40 and get the one that has 3 AA batteries; they're brighter and stay lit longer.

P1689
I doubt the wires running close to each other is causing this but the grid heater put a very large load on the alternator which would produce a higher ac voltage signal. Try this, disconnect the grid heaters main power leads from the left battery positive clamp and see what happens.

Hello from AZ
Manufactures are only required to supply parts for vehicles for 10 years; after that it's at their discretion what parts to supply. They will then supply the fast moving, money making parts. I bought my truck at Jack Powell and have a wholesale parts account with them. I'll make sure I ask for Nolan next time I'm in there.

The green/white wire behind the AC controller. Leave a little pig tail (2-3" long) from the plug in case you want to use that function again.

Hello from AZ
Glad to have you here, where people come to tell stranger than fiction stories about their trucks and other things. It'll be nice to have another tech who can enrich us in the latest from Mopar and bounce ideas off of. I worked in dealerships for 24 years. If the dealership sells unauthorized aftermarket parts or modifies their products in a nonprescribed way corporate will put the hurt on the franchise from pulling cash bonuses, reducing car inventory allotment, to revoking the franchise, The auto manufacture only makes money when they sell their stuff.
