Quadzilla Adrenaline Economy and MPG
Mine is not much different than your fill up logs. My truck idles a good bit on the job since it is sometimes my office. But I have never seen 24+. The best I have seen was a couple trips running bio mass diesel on pure interstate run where I got just over 22. Appreciate all the hard work.

Exhaust
The sound of a Cummins is distinctive.

Opinions needed on dash swap
I would like to know what they do to reinforce it. Just says reinforced. I bought the reinforcing washers that LMC offered with theirs. My oe cracked all over and not just from the mounting holes. I guess time will tell.

Bought Me a First Gen
Look forward to it.

Time for a new clutch.
Your success and others with the same clutch wont allow me to just condemn Valair. Mine was good for towing down the highway but not so for low speed maneuvering at all. I did not install the HD hydraulics on mine. The master went long before the clutch and I replaced with whatever Advance Auto had at the time. I did replace the slave sometime after the valair install. The rest is OE. Running this same set up on the new SB for about 30k.

Opinions needed on dash swap
here they are for comparison. Genos price has come down since I bought my LMC several years back as I remember. https://www.genosgarage.com/product/dodge-ram-replacement-dash-drd8-2/dashtops http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/de/full.aspx?Page=37 You get to be the judge now. I used the washers that LMC sells. Seemed like cheap insurance at the time.

Quadzilla Adrenaline V2 Testing
Just so you know from my stand point, without a Quad, it is very apparent that you have invested a lot of your time on this and when I do make the change I will benefit from it. Thanks for the hard work ahead of time.

It was worth a try. Nothing ventured nothing gained.

Torque Converter Lock / Unlock Issues
If you are buying or testing at the local big box auto supply, a lot of the clerks really dont know what you are looking for. They just do a basic check and if it is putting out D voltage. If it does you get the big OK. There is a pricey alternator company that some are using here with high praise of the product. I am not knocking their product in the least because some here have them and they seem to work very well. When I look at it on their site there is only one review and it is positive. To quote it, "It spins, doesn't smoke, and produces DC current." Always thought that was odd beings it is the only review they have posted. That is also what I think the common parts houses look for when they test.

Right up my alley. I do that every Friday and Monday. Can you send me a spare Quad since that is the only part I dont have?

Time for a new clutch.
We would like to know how that works out for you. We all have our opinions. Me I had trouble with my Valair single. But I could never tell if it was the clutches fault or possibly the installers fault. I do know some of the problem was mine when I, and I repeat "I" installed a new throw out bearing for the failed one. So no matter all of our opinions, let us know.

Injectors
I had the same problem with mine but I installed the injector hold downs and then tightened the lines to the connector tubes. I reversed the process and they stopped. But if I recall you and I already mentioned that earlier in this thread. Glad you edited that one. You sure had me my head.

Exhaust
Speaking from 2005 when I changed mine to a 4" I was sold on the idea of the engine breathing better, ie allowing the exhaust to exit/flow out easier. Back pressure is the opposite and would just slow down the turbo. The exhaust has to move to spin the turbo, any restriction will just slow it down. The folks above know much more about this than I but are passing on to you as good of info as you are going to get. I have no regrets with my 4" just really did not know squat when I bought it. There was something that always bugged me when I put my 4" on. It was the first time I ever cut a perfectly good part off of a vehicle and threw it away. Never crossed my mind it could last this long.

Time for a new clutch.
I have the the con ofe in mine and it is works fine. They have a HD clutch with organic facings that appears to be good also. Not quite as strong as the con ofe but if I down sized my trailer I would take another hard look at it. My ofe can be a little grabby in slow maneuvering but not unworkable. Works fine in 4 wheel low as long as you are not on a paved surface. You definitely dont need a DD as you are set up.

Quadzilla Adrenaline V2 Testing
Mine reads 0% TPS while in cruise. Up hill, down hill, no hill. I can push the throttle and it will show, but nothing if CC is running things.

Miss at idle only when engine warm
Cant add anything to that.

Is 2 micron small enough to pass thru fuel system
Mike is using the factory fuel filter also. I use mine too. So the filters are different. I am running the Donaldson and Baldwin as mentioned above and currently dont have a filter in the oe canister. I keep forgetting to put one back in after changing the AD pump motor.

Switching to power seats
I would say there is a fair chance the wiring is there and I believe the will bolt right in. Never done it so dont know for sure. I have been considering this my self if I ever find a set. power or manual.

2015 Water Pump
I am still running the parts house one I put on about 150k miles ago. I dont know of a magic bullet.

LOST POWER
That make sense that the combo cost several thousand bucks more. Like I said the Cummins was a $5500 extra on the sticker and I dont remember what the cost for the 6 speed was. I am sure that dodge charged me something extra for it.

Fuel Sender fix issue/question
I will try and help a little. The long bed trucks have a 35 gallon tank and the short beds have a 32 as i understand. Positve on the long bed not quite sure on the short bed, Tire size depends on what the truck came with. 265's, as mine has, were the largest they came with stock. so the 285's will reduce your distance. F to E in 270 miles is way out of wack even in my book so I can understand why You want to get it better. Mine from F to E 450 tp 600, just depends on how and where I drive it.

Fuel Sender fix issue/question
FWIW I have seen alot of us here with gauges that read very different but uniform. By that I mean mine takes forever to get off of full and then very quick to empty. But it reads that way constantly. Others operate the opposite but uniform. If your's is doing either and constant, it works as long as you get used to it. Your's does seem a bit extreme, but if constant you can adjust to it unless you just want to spend the cash to get it more close to what the gauge says. You might reset your trip meter every time you fill up and see how that works with the gauge. I usually drive by both just in case the gauge decides to go wonky on me.

LOST POWER
@DieselfutureI bought mine new and know I paid some extra for the 6 speed but dont remember it being several thousand $$$. Do you remember what the extra for the 6 speed was? The Cummins was $5500. @CLAUS1 I wish I could help with your tranny but I know nothing to speak of about them.

Fuel Sender fix issue/question
The little cap is normal and the other part is normal. It is a vent for the fuel tank, nothing connects to it. As far as the metal I am not familiar with that. I have an aftermarket basket given to me by Dodge when they installed the POS in tank pump. do you have a float on the basket for reading fuel level? That maybe stinking or the sender could be bad.

What kind of apps did you use? Did you let the ecm re learn the apps after install? Just spit balling here.
