Rim question
Same pattern but the rims off of the trucks with disk on the rear WILL NOT clear the steering on the front or drums on the rear of the older trucks. I have a set of wheels in my garage that came off of an '01 that are 16" and they will not work on my '96. I tried them on a '98 and they won't fit.

A/C leaking into cab
All you probably need to do is get a shop vac and put it over the drain on the firewall. You can find it on the passenger side down near the bottom of the firewall. Put the hose over the drain and let the vac do its job to pull the gunk out of the drain.

Completely Unimpressed with EDGE Juice CTS
Have you given any thought to putting an external voltage regulator on your truck?

Wiring up a set of driving lights
Your DRLs are just the headlights on. I don't think it will do anything for your high beams. Do you mean make it so the low beams are on with the high beams?

Little squeak
You guys are getting way to technical about the noise. All it is is just the shut down attentuator. After all, if the belt made no noise how would you know you shut it down??

Odd no start
If your CPS is failing the ECM may not know what the engine is doing.

Starter click?
Looking at the last picture I see the contact on the left side must be a little crooked since the burned area is just on one side. I would try cleaning things up and see if the contact will turn a little so you are using more of it and it may even be holding the other side up just a slight amount and not making contact.

I feel like Tudor the Turtle
You can try resetting the APPS. If you need a new one search for Timbo APPS. Far as continuing to prime and bleed the system, if the truck runs then no, it won't do you any good. Like Michael asked, what is your fuel pressure and did you scan it for codes?

What mods for max Economy
About the best one for economy is to duct tape a raw egg to your skinny pedal. That way you don't push on it to hard.......

Hello and Help with a leak
Mine was leaking and I just used a bit of good high quality clear silicone to put a small bead of it around the light. No more leak and it was a quick fix!

24 valve rough idle and hard to start hot or cold
Classic symptoms of the rubber lines that go from the cab to the engine. 12 valve engines have the same problem. 12" of 5/16" and 12" of 1/4" diesel rated fuel hose is all that is needed. Just don't forget the clamps!

Re-priming problem after RP-100 install (sorry it's a novel)
You are on the right track. You can crank the engine over then tighten up the injector lines and not hurt anything. No, you won't hurt the VP by trying to bleed it. If you have fuel to the VP the rest should go real easy. After bleeding the three lines it should start and run rough for a little bit, but don't worry, it will be fine.

Fuel sender failure?
I looked at a 'newer' style sending unit and they don't have the same wiper arm as mine. When you get it out you can see what is worn and a lot of times you just need to adjust how everything sits.

... a civil rights issue ?
I thought the 'free' phones were just something that can be used to call 911 only?

Fuel sender failure?
Another suggestion is to get a new sending unit from a dealer. They are not much money (around $25 if I remember right) and are just held on by two screws.Far as tilting the bed solo, just tie a rope to the tie downs in the front of the box and tie the other end to a tree or something similar. Then just pull forward SLOWLY. The bed will lift right up!

Help! Return fuel line to the tank is broken at the top of the sending unit.
Here is another suggestion: you can lift the bed to access the top of the fuel tank module and clean up the top of the module. Get an epoxy type fuel/gas tank repair kit and epoxy the place where it is leaking. The modules are VERY expensive for what you get. A couple of years ago I got one for another truck and they were $323!!

High pitch Squeal
All that noise is is your shut down attentuator. After all, if it didn't do it how would you know if it stopped or not?

Fuel Issues???
He pretty much eliminated the WVO from the equation since he said it is not used and he changed all six injectors. To eliminate or confirm the injector problem switch it with another one and see if the miss moves to the new cylinder. You can also measure the temp of each exhaust runner and see if any are running colder than the others by a significant amount.

Whats the spec on powering up the Lift pump?
Your LP should run about 25 seconds if you bump the starter, otherwise you have a 'normal' truck.
