Programmers for 24V 2gen
I have also had a quad xzt+ and except for bucking when the convertor locked on a few different tunes it was great and the high idle worked as it should. Now I have a comp and its been great, smooth power and no bucking on any setting. If you have the chance to pick up a working juice/attitude for $350 dont think about it, you buy it!

Thanks bud, im sure this will help out alot of newbies. Its funny, I was watching another youtube video while yours was loading and you voice kept coming through and I thought I know one of these people in the background of the other video. Turbo Boost
Yep, get an adjustable boost elbow and your seat of the pants power will increase along with boost and cooler egt's. http://shop.ebay.com/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p5197.m570.l1313&_nkw=hx35+boost+elbow&_sacat=See-All-Categories I would contact quadzilla to make sure your xzilleraider has built in boost fooling. I had one on my 03 and it did boost fooling but different years may not.

Injector rebuilding
I have though about this as well but didnt have access to a pop tester. Here is what I thought about using as I have some and use them for adjusting valves on my old bike. http://www.oemcycle.com/Item/product/1373/TR/56-0997/9.48mm_Refills_SIZE_RANGE_2.70mm_-_2.95mm_affidz_-dPGR

Track bar
The problem I saw with this bar is it looks like you will have to adjust it off of the truck and the heim joint will eventually wear out. I went with the BD adjustable bar and I did have to drill holes but its fully adjustable on the truck and no heims to wear out.

Gages for my truck, which ones
I have been using quad's commander for 4 years as standalone gauges and wish I had a full set of mechanical gauges.

Gages for my truck, which ones
You can get quadzilla's new vision and can control your smarty. Its $199 if you buy before the 15 but I believe you need a droid or iphone to use it.

Gages for my truck, which ones
I would go 60psi boost just in case you want to upgrade your turbo in the future. My stock turbo can hit 42psi with an edge comp and 150 hp injectors. Its not good for the turbo but if I had a 35psi gauge I would have no idea how much its pushing.

Gages for my truck, which ones
I would also recommend isspro, they are good quality and match the oem cluster well. I have a steering column pod and like it alot. http://dieselmanor.com/

Modification suggestions needed
por-15 works good for rust, isspro makes good gauges but you need fuel pressure too. mbrp, silverline and diamond eye are all good exhaust.

Love to see where everyones from.
I have 2 more months in Okinawa and this is from my back porch. In the 2nd pic you can see the ocean in the far left. This is my mug at the marina about a mile from the house.

tranny install
If its like an nv4500, then the front cone is the only thing that holds the input shaft inplace so there will be some play.

1st Brake job at 187K miles
I get a squeel sometimes but im hard on them, used to be a mail man:cry:. I put wagner thermoquite's on it when I first got it and they were like any other brake pad. When it was time to replace them my dad recommended me some that alot of shops use and every body likes but they sqeeled the entire time I drove, they stopped like any other pad I have ever had. I swapped them in for these (family perk) and they actually make the truck stop better, I have replaced alot of pads in my time but I have never found a set that actually made a vehicle stop better than the prior set, unless they were in the metal. They are the cheap oreilly brand but I will be getting them from now on. http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/OBR1/C459.oap?ck=Search_C0068_1400162_-1&pt=C0068&ppt=C0009

I completely forgot about the crossmember being tight as a tick inside the frame rails. We put the crossmember in a press and "pinched" it a little, it slid right in. I hope you have some help with this.
