coronavirus protection
Yes I'll take precautions toward the virus. Like Eileen and I already talked about her medical appointments in Boise. Instead of staying in motel rooms and eating out in restaurants which give you the highest contact chance of getting the virus. Why not just pull my RV down to Parma, ID or Boise St. Luke's (RV lot). Then just stay with our own stuff. Yeah I might have more to spend fuel wise but the eating out and motel cost are gone. Personally, I would just rather stay away from crowds and close contact with people as much as possible. As for my own health I'm running on my 3rd winter without a cold. I'm taking a multi-vitamin, hawthorn berry (blood pressure), and then benadryl. There is a huge perk to living way out here in the forest of Idaho. The chances of me getting the virus is even lower. Typically working alone in my shop on trucks. Local grocery store still have toilet paper. Everyone is just normal up here. Now go to Boise, Ontario, or Lewiston. OMG! People turn into crazed idiots. Toilet paper all gone, bleach is all gone, sanitizing wipes all gone, etc. Just plain stupid. I'm kind of glad Mom passed on with her need of dialysis would of for sure at some point got her infected and brought it home to Eileen and myself. Being dialysis centers are one be open room with people coughing and sneezing. Last year there was a case of pneumonia going around dialysis center, which mom caught a bit of and managed to fight off.

New Adventure! - Just Blogging
I know its been a while since my last posting. Finally getting control of my life. This is my first weekend at home in a very long time. Last weekend I ended up taking Eileen back to the hospital with stomach pains and vomiting again. After being there for 4 days find out that Eileen has issues with her pancreas. After 4 days in the hospital they finally nail it down more, but still have more medical testing and such down in Boise. In the meantime I got my transmission back from Weller truck and they told me sorry for the two bad sets of syncros. Covered under warranty. Truck drives nice and shifts smooth once again. Now I'm focused on getting the RV cleaned up and fixed ASAP. Reason why is if Eileen has any medical appointments in Boise I would rather stay in my own RV with my own supplies than hotel and eating out in restaurants. It will be cheaper and safer this way for us. Still got my buddy in Parma that will allow me to stay with Water and Electricity for the RV. I'm kind of happy Mom passed on seeing this Corona Virus problem this would be a ultimate down fall for her not to mention being in the dialysis room would be very dangerous to her and us if she would of brought home the virus. Other than that I'm going to back to work on Monday morning stuff a transmission back in a Chevy Truck.

Drove right thru a milestone
Man now that I'm retired medical driver I'm not going to be able to catch you now @dripley. I've got 410k miles but no where near 600k miles. Wow! Congrads to you my friend.

coronavirus protection
Locally there is no problems, there is toilet paper on the shelf. Now yesterday I headed to Clarkson, WA and Lewiston, ID. OMG! This is totally insane. Costco is out of toilet paper, WalMart is out of toilet paper, and even Albertsons is out of toilet paper. I've still got plenty here for now. See people wearing surgical masks, etc. The paranoia is nuts. Now back home its just a normal day and no one is even talking about it. Just normal people living there lives out here in the back country of Idaho. That is one thing I've done is more or less turned off the TV. I go tired of the BS rolling out of the media mouth of how bad this is. Truth its pretty light weight virus being the death rate is so low. We've got states call for emergency relief or emergency aid with only a few cases of Corona Virus. What you will notice is no children are get getting sick or dying. Middle age people have really good chance of beating the virus. The only people having issues is elderly and people that have immunity issues. (AID's / HIV, etc.).

Adjusting tune for new injectors
Mine only bucks bad about 30 MPH in 4th gear. Every time I went through Council, ID the speed limit is 30 MPH and the engine load is super low but RPM wise I'm right there at 1,200 to 1,300 RPM's and it bucks pretty good. Anything that brings RPM down that low tend to make it happen. I could downshift one but running 3rd gear at 30 MPH is like 2,200 to 2,300 RPMs for me.

Adjusting tune for new injectors
He's only running about 17* at 2k. Rather retarded.

350-400hp 24v Auto
Give you an idea. First off my transmission was rebuilt back at 235k miles roughly. The countershaft 5th gear was replaced (larger of the two). Now at 350k miles last summer (2019) I was cruising the I84 heading west towards Ontario, OR and managed to tear the teeth off the weaker small 5th gear and eat both gear faces. NOTE: I've never had a 5th gear nut issues EVER! 410k miles and rolling... So make sure to upgrade all your weakest links. Also design in a way to release torque so the driveline doesn't get abused too bad. This is why I've dropped 265's stock tires to 245's stock tire this changes the final ratio to the ground to 3.69 which is my design release being the tires can't hold the full 47 PSI of boost so the tires will spin free. Then the lower gearing with smaller tires makes it super easy to get up to road speed quickly. Here is my long list of all my mods... 4 pages and growing... https://mopar1973man.com/garage/vehicle/101-2002-dodge-ram-2500/?show=mods

Quadzilla V2 reading inconsistent boost under load on 1999 24V.
@DKfummins I'll call him out maybe he'll see the email and respond.

Adjusting tune for new injectors
Starting from bottom up. Boost scaling is correct. Pump low boost Scale push that up to 10 PSI you don't need wire tap as low as 2 PSI. Minimum pump tap fueling set that for ZERO % TPS Min is OK TPS Max OK Wire tap fuel 1,600 is OK. Cant see light throttle timing - 3* (this will get you to 19* at 2k) Low pressure timing reduct set for 5* (50% scaling makes this actual 2.5*) Reduct scaling 50% (This will get you back to advance timing quicker.) Max load offset 1* is good for empty truck but loaded you might need 2 or 3* Max on the timing should be brought down some. This is not what most think. This is the max you can get while in cruise state. You can force the Quad to dump cruise state when twisting high RPM's. What RPM is it hopping at?

Group 31 Battery Modifications to a 2nd gen RAM
Nope. 27 are just fine and dont need more weight of group 31 which can start our truck with one battery like back in the 1st Gens.

I finally broke 23 mpg
Should make a new thread and list out all the mods.

350-400hp 24v Auto
I do not suggest Edge Comp the timing will be too retarded, smoke issues, and nearly need to run it as a 2x3 or 1x3 to keep smoke down. I'm a 10 year owner of an Edge Comp. I hated that you loss most all timing above 55 MPH. This is with my old 7 x 0.0085 injectors +75 HP.

Alternator got SMOKING HOT
Might want to add a support ticket so we don't flood the post with this issue. https://mopar1973man.com/support/

A/C coolant leak
Another spot the sniffer will miss is the compressor front seal.

Alternator got SMOKING HOT

Parking brake failed
I'll be installing to new fresh cables to the rear of my truck. Salt has really ate them up bad.
-
Banks exhaust brake
My exhaust brake is always ON. 90% of all my stopping is done off the exhaust brake and service brakes are used typically below 25 MPH. 18 years later my exhaust brake is still going. If mine failed tomorrow I would switch over to a PacBrake PRXB which is possibly the best exhaust brake.

2001 cummins ecm terminal
Look like it could be but the only way to find out is to pullan exist pin and look at the dimensions. You might call Auto Computer Specialist and ask them which terminals are used in rebuilding the socket for the ECM on your truck.

Alternator got SMOKING HOT
We had too. Being than less than 1% were donating and wasn't fair. more than 99% were riding on others for free. Now everyone pitches in a small amount making it fair for everyone. This means the diodes in the alternator are failing. People think the fuse is for a run away alternator and stops the alternator from runaway conditions of overcharging. Actually the fuse is too big for stock alternator to blow even at 100% field and loading of 195 amps of grid heaters. When the fuse blows this test me the diode(s) have shorted to ground and blown the fuse. I would highly suggest taking the alternator off and having it benched for AC noise issues. The 145A fuse was blown. Again the diodes are shorting out causing the heat issue. Heat is a sign of high current going where it should not go typically finding a path to ground.

Just the blend door. I'm talking the other doors like vent, def, floor, recir, outside air.

1st post and need advice and or help ?
You could cap out the vacuum pump and see if the oil blow by is stopped.

Help with Daily Tune
Watch your engine load and fuel numbers. Engine load is 0 to 100% number. Your commanded fuel number is the 0 to 4095. Timing wise spread your timing out. Do a +4 between. Might even think about +4.5. I'm currently running a +4 spread. Now that winter fuels are leaving I've got to start inching back up in timing. I'm going to have to download my summer tune soon.

Not really set up for imgur for video. But Youtube is a better option.

Heater/HVAC Air only goes to Defrost Vent
Yup. No problem. 2003 and up are all electric stepper motors. 2002 and down is all vacuum driven.
