Torque Converter to Flexplate Loose Bolts
If I had an auto to start with, I would build it up, not worth the headache swapping imo. Unless you get great deals on the swap. I think easier to buy another truck.

EGT's after the turbo
More load=bigger difference in probes. You'll be fine for a while just move it asap. I have both and it can be 100-600 different.

Front outer axle seal leaking, help
Just a side note, cheaper Chinese winches ( the one I got 12000lb harbor freight ), are more likely to pull more amps, get hot and overload alternator. So when I use mine I use high idle and if need to winch a lot, I give it brakes. There are few tricks on using winch that can minimize the impact on frying things. Best to research it.

"Best" spot to mount FASS or Airdog pump?
I know some people mount pumps in bed or tool boxes, but I don't like that idea because of fuel has to be lifted and there is more changes for cavitation.

Is there a bird in my truck?
Back when I was a kid growing up, I rode all kinds of public transportation and most all of it made some sort of noise, I always thought it would be cool to have some noises in my future car just to keep that nostalgia going. But now when I do develop a noise it drives me nuts and I got to fix it. I don't know.....

"Best" spot to mount FASS or Airdog pump?
My fass is under bed, held with a mounting bolt for the bed. Fass is much bigger then airdog and under bed seems to fit good.

Front outer axle seal leaking, help
I don't want to steer you from front locker but from personal experience if you leave it open, less chance for breaking u joints and axles when you bite traction, especially wit oversized tires. I my opinion rear would be more important to lock. But I've been in plenty off road madness and had trucks with and without front locker and yes big difference. But how often are you going to be off road using it. Maybe removable winch that can be used front or back would be money better spent. My winch can go front back and on a trailer and truck is wired up so I can use it in all positions. Other than that I agree, might as well go through front end while you're at it.

Sac or vco
I know my old 8 hole injectors from po when I got the truck were somewhere in 75 to 90 hp range and they were pretty clean comparing to my 60hp from dap. But started to miss fire and now running 60s but had other ones gone through and thinking about putting them in some day, just hate to mess with a good thing right now. Truck seems to run good and no leaks on lines, had Hurd time stopping them from leaking last time, so I think I'll keep them in for a while longer.

Front end noises
Sounds like wheel bearings maybe, do they Groul a little when changing lanes or getting off a ramp. Usually a wheel bearing will make a noise when steering one direction but not other.

Brake Pads

Help-Cummins Down............
That's what I was thinking too, as long as your alternator is good adding extra ground is good, but once in a while take it off and test alternator without any add ons.

Failed alternator and failed tuner

New: Delo 400 SDE SAE 15W-40
I got enough of old type oil to last another 30k and then I'll start worrying. Worst case scenario will go back to amsoil as their 15w40 diesel and marine I'd good stuff.

New: Delo 400 SDE SAE 15W-40
