The good headlights
In case you change your mind and want to do it yourself this is where I got my kitchen https://www.theretrofitsource.com This is where Mike got his http://shop.retroshop.us/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=2G.RAM.RETRO To do D2S is harder than Mini H1, d2s puts out more light though but mini h1 is a huge upgrade from what you have now. If you're going to get d2s just have them ordered as it is time consuming, if you want mini H1, personally I would just get it from the first link and do it yourself. You'll need to buy a cheap eBay or Amazon clear lens housings either way, if you can find ones that are adjustable it would make it easier it also. These are the ones I used I'm sure there are better options out there https://www.amazon.com/Headlight-Assembly-Replacement-Projector-Passenger/dp/B01MYMK6AU/ref=mp_s_a_1_8_sspa?adgrpid=64513136868&hvadid=274732644676&hvdev=m&hvlocphy=9018559&hvnetw=g&hvpos=1t1&hvqmt=e&hvrand=13583431587111973668&hvtargid=kwd-363897428048&keywords=2nd+gen+ram+headlights&qid=1554982789&s=gateway&sr=8-8-spons&psc=1

BHAF filters
If the seals are good and your vents ran up high enough should have no issues with water getting into differentials or elsewhere. When I had my toy truck I would drive through water where my *** would be sitting in water, roughly six feet off the ground, never had issues with water getting into my oil. I did grease my U-joints and King pins religiously though.

transfer case output seal
Mine is doing the same thing, not as bad though, it's dhd. I checked my vent and that's fine not clogged, then I checked fluid level and it was overfilled because last time when I put fluid in I had *** end of the truck up in the air thinking it wasn't going to matter that much. So then I found the level spot and open the fill hole and probably drained about a half a quart. This seemed to help a little not dripping as often. In mine there is a bushing in tail housing where drive shaft slides in, if I grab ahold of drive shaft it is a little loose in the T case, last time I had driveshaft out I slipped a new bushing over the yoke and it seemed a little loose also so that's why I haven't changed it yet. Maybe I need a new yoke, hard to believe I only had 140k when it started to drip, which really happened right after I changed my rear end pinion seal and had driveshaft balanced. I've been checking fluid periodically and it seems to be good so I'm done messing with it. At least for now

Injector install questions
Cleaning injectors really doesn't do a whole lot, unless you're burning transmission fluid for fuel. You really need to know what the pop pressure is set on them, you didn't lose any of the tiny little shims behind the Springs did you. I fought 32ft-lbs was the torque, maybe some injectors are different.

HELP!!! Oil Pan Gasket Slipped In Now Oil Pan Won't Come Off!!!!
The only thing I can think of is some sort of the putty knife. Can you just unbolt the rear part that you're trying to take off, tilt it away cut section of gasket out and use RTV only on that section

Oil from breather tube
Mine always dropped a drop after each trip, always thought it was normal

24v KDP Question and Flywheel Question
Looks like a stepped case to me, that pin is slightly larger then that hole, not sure why they even left a hole there. Ps, check all the other bolts you can see, you could even pull them out one at the time clean and three lock them.

Spit/sputter misfire? Defueling?
Have you adjusted valves yet, what kind of knock, is it coming from engine
-
Homemade bumper
Nice thumb lol, do you cover license when driving around too
-
Lift pump Relay....
Didn't @IBMobile come up with a delay relay mod, so the fuel pump relay doesn't cycle at all until the engine starts

New Front Bumper for the TOW-PIG
Looks pretty good how much was it, how thick

2010 T Steering Drag Link Adjusting Sleeve
I wouldn't worry about it being the weak link the whole bar is hollow tube anyway. I used my original pitman arm no problem, as for rotating the sleeve it will rotate just fine just loosen the clamps enough so they stay put and don't rotate with the slave

Body work.....She's getting there
I used to, Hack buddy of mine worked at 1 for few years, we did some crazy stuff there.... one time the owner let him crush some cars we spend half a day crushing them in weird positions just to see what happens lol, found all kinds of random weird stuff abandoned in cars and trucks, quite a few of them still ran we had some Derby going on few times. Played golf on more than one occasion trying to see who can bust out windows at the distance, it was almost like being in heaven. Yeah it was a shooting range a few occasions too, it was awesome all I can say.

Spit/sputter misfire? Defueling?
That would be my suggestion also, ^^^^ Next step would be injectors

NO BUS message on odometer
450 sounds a little steep, how much do it cost you @Mopar1973Man to get your fried PCM repair

Frankentruck
I love them big ol Chevy trucks with quad cabs in that body style

BHAF filters
I guess I'm going to put a piece of pipe inside the filter that's got holes in it for air movement just in case I do start sucking in that media.

24v KDP Question and Flywheel Question
You will never pull one out with a magnet unless it's about to fall out, I had a 12 valve and the pin was halfway out, I still couldn't move it with pliers or by hand, it took a punch and a hammer to drive it back home and then I tabbed it. Like guys mentioned above, if your case is stepped just don't worry about it.

Head gasket replacement
Dripley that is good to know that it worked for you and new updated trunions are only $12 even though they're not hardened I'm sure they are better then original and will last you long time. I'm a sucker when it comes to spending money on my truck, I have so many things on the list I want to buy yet
-
BHAF filters
Agreed, unless they stock wrong sized filter minders in our trucks, then we're screwed ha ha.
-
Head gasket replacement
Manton guys were nice enough to give me a free set of longer ARP bolts for rocker assemblies when I purchased trunnions from them
-
BHAF filters
I'd have to agree with @Mopar1973Man my filter minder never moved on my bhaf, unless we're running on borrowed time. I've seen over 50 psi few times, at that point defuel setting is working hard

who wants to rebuild thier VP44????
Looks fishi to me, plus I think them wires are stainless, not hundred percent. I don't think you can solder stainless. Looks like a used takeoff with clipped wires. Plus how is it getting calibrated. To top it off it's from overseas. Let me know how it works.
