Head gasket replacement
I seen @JAG1 sneaking around looking for something to do, may want to check down the intake pipe. No advanced payments, or he'll never leave the front seat. Good one, feel the love coming your way @dripley

Spindle Nut Torque Specs
I apologize, I seen 2wd when first read the post, but later was thinking when I did mine I thought it was 180, we'll @dave110 showes that on the 4x4 and @IBMobile is showing 280 for 2wd, so for this application 280 is the right number. Sorry for bringing this up, I got cornfused. That's nuts though 280 on a 2wd and 180 on 4x4, almost doesn't make sense.

HORRIBLE HORRENDOUS mileage
I think they're full of it, there is ho, so and some industrial stuff, if it runs good I wouldn't change pump. Have you checked for boost leaks yet, the entire system.

Spindle Nut Torque Specs
I think there may be misunderstanding here on torque, I believe it's 180 and not 280 on axle nut and 122 on 12 point bolts that hold the hub.

Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
No offense @Mopar1973Man but I think he's closer to my set up. Try this tune and tweak it as you need it.

MAP sensor error
I guess what happens with people that push 80-90psi, how does qwad know how much fuel to add if sensor only goes to say 50. Guessing you just tune by smoke at that point, or dump it all in?

HORRIBLE HORRENDOUS mileage
Should be closer to 1900, Do you blow out black smoke, have you I have you checked for boost leaks

Body work.....She's getting there
Can't say marriage is always fun, the things that come out of it like kids and hopefully someday grandkids, that's what matters the most as you get older. To me that's worth every penny that marriage consumes, along with not having flavor of the month. This world is going to hell in a handbasket, morals and values are diminishing more and more, women are definitely getting crazier, speaking of new generations. I suppose I can see how a lot of people make this choice. Gmo.

There is also one close to PCM I found, doing fuse install for alternator fieldwire that fried Mike's pcm. Same plastic crimp connection.

NP241 T-Case Shifting Issue
You might have one of the forks flipped around, I'm just guessing here as I have no idea what you did to the inside of it

Head gasket replacement
If they are bad it will require machine work and aftermarket guides that press in after hole gets machined bigger, kinda like fixing threads, you drill bigger tap and screw in thread that will be same size as before.

Head gasket replacement
They get ovaled out, then need to be drilled out and pressed new in.

Head gasket replacement
This is what I've always done, right or wrong it worked for me. Go in steps, say my head studs are at 135 final torque, I first go 50 on all, then 90 then 135, after they were all at 135 I went through torque sequence and backed them off lose, put more arp lube on everywhere torque it back to 135, one at the time on all 26. As for chasing threads, I started doing it and noticed that tap was taking material out , when I went to put stud back in it seemed loser then before, so I said enough of that and just cleaned the holes really well, I also put a light coat of anti seize on studs to keep them from corroding. I'm also in disbelief that you didn't need valve work or guides, my engine must have been abused from new by po. Happy you didn't have to spend much money on it. What's odd is just to surface, pressure test, mag it should be almost higher price then what you got charged. They had to pull valves out toof, to check things out, then tank it to get all the crap off, that's some shop you got there. My shop would not just polish valves they would regrind them for sure no matter what and do 3 angle job. I just hope it works out for you. Not sure what to say on rockers, they look same, if they are longer then you'll be changing cam lift. Rotate it all by hand before starting, looking close at all clearances.

MAP sensor error
So Quadzilla uses ecm reported psi to 16 then it goes of map/boost sensor data to 45? Then what, all depends on tuning after that point?

Quadzilla tunes
@trreed I can't remember is your head o-ringed

Truck dies with hard acceleration
So would a blow off valve help in this case, I've been thinking about getting one just to save the Turbo from barking

Head gasket replacement
I guess my pattern isn't much different aside from number of flames and the fuel bowl got bigger in the newer engine
-
Head gasket replacement
I certainly do now, hardly ever tow anymore, and if I do its my fishing boats that may gross 3k. So my spray was out of the bowl and on to top of the piston. Does that mean more advanced on timing? They seem to be same size, did you get them new, from whom?

Tow Mirror Options
I think I like that style more than the ones I have, yours have a wider longer bubbled mirror, where the ones I used only have a smaller corner one. I actually went to parts store and got small round stick on mirrors that are adjustable and stock them next to that 1.
