  1. You’ll enjoy them even more once you get the Quad installed with a good tune.
  2. How does it run with the Quad unplugged?
  3. Really wished I’d gone with @dieselautopower. My Bluechip pump cost me $2,000 with a two year warranty. Had to warranty it out a few months after installing it. Truck kept dying on me. You’ll need a puller to get the drive gear off. Some places will let you borrow one when you purchase their pump. Just return it with the pump core.
  4. I’ve been running a Nations 180 amp alternator for about 3 years now. Switched to it because of high AC noise from the factory unit. Was having TC lockup issues. I don’t have a winch. My Pacbreak does run off a small air compressor. I haven’t had any issues with it. Just FYI.
  5. Deactivated my FB account months ago. Deleted the Instagram app off my phone. I’m on Parler under threadzy5150. Just read Twitter purged 4.5 million accounts yesterday. Google store removed the Parler app and Apple will probably do the same soon. Scary times we’re living in. They are doing their best to silence conservative voices, free thinkers.

  7. Merry Christmas! It doesn’t run through the house WiFi. The Quadzilla puts out its own WiFi signal. I’ll go out now and check it out. Only works from about 10 feet away.
  8. First thing I would do would be check all grounds. Make sure they’re clean and tight. Test each battery individually. Make sure battery cables are clean and corrosion free. Have you done the W-T ground mod?
  9. As soon as I hear my exhaust break kick off I know she’s pretty warmed up. I think it kicks off at 150-160 degrees. I don’t think my WiFi Quadzilla would reach into the house. I’ll have to check it out.
  10. Nice score! Those trucks are pretty strong bone stock.
  11. Good to know. Thank you! I’ll keep a quart in the tool box for the out of town trips.
  12. I typically fuel up at the local Costco. I should have taken a picture. If memory serves me correctly it’s 15 ppm for sulfur and a maximum of 5% bio. I use 2 cycle from the local parts house with Tc-w3 in it.
  13. Not sure if this is your exact issue or not. The end of page one it starts I believe.
  14. Another member on here had an issue like that I believe. Something came loose on the inside on that shaft. He dropped the pan. Said it was an easy fix. Sorry so vague. If I can find it on here I’ll post the link.
  15. I pulled and replaced mine one at a time. Then I did a retorque. Drove it about a month then did another retorque of 130 ft. Lbs. readjusted the valves both times. This was done about a year or so ago with no issues.
  16. Aftermarket will have an Allen screw on the side to control psi to the wastegate. Stock won’t have anything. This is after market.
  17. You will want to keep the adjustable boost elbow on the turbo. Waste gates stock will open at around 20 psi. The adjustable elbow once adjusted properly, depending on what turbo you’re running will keep it closed longer creating more boost to the engine instead of it being blown out the exhaust. For Example the HY35 is out of its map around 30 psi. The HX35 is 35 psi. The Edge and the Quad do nothing to change the ECM’s “tune”. They just recalibrate the information going to the injection pump and boost fool the ECM. Once they are unplugged your back to stock.
  18. Dodge definitely didn’t do any of us a favor when it comes to the electrical systems in our trucks. Thanks for the info!
  19. I’ve got about 1 1/2 year warranty left on my pump. No tap for me. ? my timing reduction was set at 60% and 5 degrees. After adjusting to my new timing values I went back to 50% at 5 degrees. That helped with takeoff to. Had to much retard. Kept my offset the same at 2. My canbus starts at 84. This is my daily tune.
  20. I would stick with mechanical gauges. And yes add the gauges you mentioned. You need to know what fuel pressure your injection pump is receiving. Keeping it about 14 psi keeps the check valve open to help keep the electronics on the injection pump cool. I use isspro EV2 gauges.
  21. After reading your comment on another thread on timing I changed mine around a bit. 13,17,22,26. As you stated. Spools faster and pulls harder with less throttle input. Truck is running really well! I love being about to tweak my tune. My previous timing was 14,18,23,27.
  22. Hello welcome aboard!
